Is an ERRCS actually required for my property?
Many jurisdictions now require a public safety radio system as a condition of occupancy or final sign-off. Whether it applies to your property, what triggers it, and how strictly it is enforced all vary by AHJ, which is why we design to your local code rather than a national assumption.
What is the difference between an ERRCS and a cellular DAS?
An ERRCS carries first responder radio traffic and is code-driven. A cellular DAS carries commercial carrier signal and is amenity- and operations-driven. A converged system uses the same cabling and antennas for both, which is usually the cheapest way to end up with both.
Do you use subcontractors?
Design, installation, testing and consulting are self-performed by our own teams. That is why schedule commitments hold, and why there is one company to call when something needs attention.
How long does an installation take?
It depends on size and construction, but the design and permitting path is usually the long pole, not the install. We give you a real sequence of work with the quote so you can plan against it.
We failed our acceptance test. Can you help?
Yes, and it is a common call. We test independently, identify why it failed against the code threshold, and give you the shortest path to passing rather than a proposal to start over.
